Chapter 9

The Hilton's 2:

The New Family

As Danny was taken to Father's Estate, he was lead to part of the Estate, that looked like a ballroom. Danny was then standing before "Father" and his children!

 

Father: Welcome.....Please let me introduce you to my children.

Father: We have Eros, Aphrodite, Hepheastus, Apollo, Helios, and my beautiful Amalthea!

Father: Here is Hera, Medusa, and.....I believe you met their mother earlier!

Looking at the two was like seeing doubles of their parents! Poseidon and Hestia!

 

Father: The boy is Ares and the beauty is my new Poseidon! Say hello my children!

 

The group all nodded or bowed at the request made by their Father!

 

Father: Now, my name is Cronus!



Danny: Well, I'm here! Do what you want with me.....just leave the rest of my family alone!

 

Cronus looked at Zeus a little confused and surprised by Danny's request!

 

Cronus: He doesn't know, does he?

Zeus: No Father, I thought you would like to be the one to tell him!

Cronus: Yes....My dear Danny, for your crimes against my son Zeus and his siblings, my children, your family name has been erased from this world!

Danny: What the hell does that mean!?!

Cronus: All that carried the Hilton name have been disposed of!

Danny: What?! You monsters killed them all!?!

Cronus: So many have died tonight! As for your family....I tried to keep the deaths limited to just the ones with the Hilton name....oh and I also had to punish the ones that aided you in my children's demise as well! Lilly Rose for example will forever be my little lab rat! As for Javier....

 

Suddenly, a door opened from the back of the Ballroom! Entered Hermes and Pan, dragging Javier by his arms!

Cronus: I haven't decided what to do with him just yet!

Danny: Damn you! Javier! Javier, are you okay?! Please, release him and Lilly! I'll do whatever you want!

Cronus smiled at Danny's request and then looked at the broken man that Javier was reduced to! Then a voice suddenly broke the silence!



Apollo: Father.....I was lead to believe that Javier and his family were going to be left out of this? I thought that his wifes and daughters death and the abduction of his grandchild would have been punishment enou.....



Cronus: I would stop speaking if I were you my child! Javier....all of them have caused my family great harm! I do this to end any more of my children's deaths!

Cronus: Put Javier down! Let Danny say some comforting words before his next punishment! My children you have all done well tonight! You all may go....go and rest, I will contact all of you on future events!

Danny quickly ran to Javier and tried to aid him as much as possible!

 

Danny: Javier....is it true? Is....Megan dead?!

 

Javier got up on all fours and then grabbed at his ribs in pain!

 

Javier: Danny....She's gone! Please Danny....please kill these bastards!

As Father's children were departing, Amalthea whispered a few words into Cronus' ear.

 Cronus: Interesting.....

Amalthea: Please Hera have your sister and her family wait for Father to speak to them.



Hera: Yes, I will have her and the rest of them waiting upstairs in the lobby. Anything else?

Cronus: That will be all Hera.



Cronus: Apollo, I wish to speak with you as well.

Apollo: Yes Father. I shall wait for you with the others.

Cronus: As for you Hermes and Zeus.....

Cronus: Zeus you will remain here in my Estate for the time being, is that understood!

Zeus: Of course! May ask for how long?

Cronus: For as long as wish for it! Is that a problem for you?!

Zeus: No....I shall make myself at home then....thank you Father!

Cronus: And you my dear Hermes! You shall be awarded time! Let's say 15 years of your own free will!

Hermes: Thank you Father! I shall cherish every moment!

 

As the final group began to depart, Javier gathered enough strength to yell at Apollo!



Javier: Apollo! Stay away from my boys! Do hear me! Stay away from them! 

As the group slowly disappeared upstairs Cronus slowly stepped up to Danny.

 

Cronus: So dramatic! Even though his future is undetermined yet, he fights to protect his children!

Danny: A father would do anything for his kids....even die for them!

Cronus: Yes. That is why I did all of this! To protect my children!

Danny: Protect them! They're the ones that attacked my family first!

Cronus: Attacked? If I'm not mistaken it was your family that freed Zeus, that invited him into their lives! While you wondered this world in your incessive need for everlasting life for your family!

Cronus: Tell me Danny....how did that work out for you?

Javier: Damn you! Don't answer him Danny! He's trying to make you do something stupid!

Cronus looked down at Javier and then at Danny.

 

Cronus: Your first punishment was your families demise, the next two will be....

Danny: Two! Killing my family wasn't enough for you!?!

Cronus: Three of my children died! So naturally there shall be three forms of punishment to account for all three of their deaths!

Danny: What is the second....

Javier: Danny! Don't!

Cronus: Give me your wrist.

 

Danny hesitated and looked at Javier, Javier shook his head in disapproval! Then Danny slowly lifted his wrist to Cronus!

Cronus quickly bit into Danny and drank from him!

 

Danny: What was that about?

 

Cronus: I took back my children's power! That power was originally mine to begin with....so I simply reclaimed what was rightfully mine!

Danny then suddenly felt dizzy and collasped to the ground! Javier then watched in horror as Danny's hair turned white and worst of all, Danny was now a regular mortal!

Cronus: Yes....your powers, your immortality, all of it is gone!

 Danny: Finish it! My final pushishment....do it! Kill me!!! End it all and leave the remainder of my family and friends alone!

Cronus: Kill you! I wouldn't dream of it! No, your final punishment is enslavement! To be locked away for an eternity and to be only awakened when your family is long gone, nothing but a memory in your own mind!

Without warning Cronus began chanting a spell along with Amalthea!

 

Cronus: You brought this upon yourself! 

Javier struggled to get onto his feet and attempt to save Danny from this cruel form of justice!

Javier: NO! Danny!!! You can't let them seal you away!!!



It was to late, Danny was sealed away and Javier was powerless to do anything!

 

Javier: Damn you all!

 

Tears began to flow from Javier as he grieved for the loss of his friend and for the loss of his family members too!

Amalthea: What shall we do with this poor broken creature?

Cronus: Do what you will with him Amalthea! He is yours, consider it a partial gift for all your wonderful work tonight!

Cronus slowly went upstairs, where he was greated my the sound of a beautiful melody from the piano! Zeus was playing one of Cronus' favorite songs.

As he continued to play Cronus stopped before greeting his other children.

 

Zeus: Father....must you punish them? She is one of my own children....

Cronus: They have failed me one to many times tonight. For their lack of effort or thier lack of respect for me they haven't fullfilled my requests! Do you wish to take their punishment Zeus?

 

Zeus continued to play without saying a word.

 

Cronus: Just as I thought! You have always been my most selfish child!

As the others talked amoung themselves, none could of seen the horror coming their way!

Quickly and without a sound Cronus punched a hole into Hephaestus!

Just before Hephaestus died, he let out a final word, his first in many years!

 

Hephaestus: APHRODITE!!!

As Hephaestus turned to dust, Aphrodite and Eros collasped in shock and sadness!

 

Aphrodite: NOO!!! Oh Father! WHY?!!! WHY MY LOVE?!!!!

Cronus: WHY?!!! You let that Hilton girl go! You purposely defied my orders and let your damn emotions interfere with your mission!

Cronus: As for you two, Eros you failed at killing the daughter of Council woman Maureen!

Eros: No....I-I killed her....I bashed her head into a tree and....

Cronus: She lives! And now, due to her strong will to survive, she will take Hephaestas' role! As for you Apollo, you are forbidden from ever contacting Javier's son ever again! If you should ever question me again too, I will tear out your throat! Do I make myself clear?!!!

Apollo: Yes.

Cronus: Hera, please escort your sister and your nephew back to their coffins! Aphrodite, you shall sleep ten years and Eros, you will sleep for five! Be glad you will survive to repent for your misgivings!

 Aphrodite's cries echoed throughout the Estate and Cronus looked at them one more time!

Cronus: I will not have disobedient children again!
