Family Secrets
As Light, Lilly, and Javier arrived at the safe house they were greeted by a distraught Howard.
Howard: It's horrible! They're.....They're all dead!
Light stood in some state of speechless shock as she seemed not to fully comprehend the words coming out of Howard!
Lilly: Who?
Howard: All of Felicity's family! And May's Husband Victory! They're gone!
Javier: Have Felicity and May been told?
Howard: Yes. They are downstairs....the bodies have already been taken. I'm worried, Felicity has been sitting down there this whole time! And May has been trying to console her, but May is just as broken!
Light quickly ran downstairs and was greeted by the horrific aftermath of the attack!
Light: May....Aunt Felicity.....I'm soo sorry for all of this!
May: You hear that Aunt Felicity? My sister is sorry.
Felicity sat silent, staring at the blood of her only grandchild.
Felicity: They're gone....They're all gone. My family, they all left me behind.
Felicity: Why....Why did you leave me? My babies....they didn't get the chance to live normal lives. Why?
Light: Aunt Felicity.....
Lilly: May, how long has she been like this?
May looked at Felicity and remained silent, then Howard came downstairs.
Howard: She's been like this since she first saw the bodies. She hasn't shed any tears....I think she's in some kind of shock!
Lilly: We've got to get her out of her. Maybe take her to a doctor too.
May: Leave her alone! You people have done enough for her...for me....for this whole entire family!
Light: May!
May jumped out of the chair and charged towards Light!
May: NO!!! YOU....ALL OF YOU! THIS IS HAPPENING BECAUSE OF WHAT YOU GUYS DID! GETTING YOUR REVENGE! DAMN YOU! IF YOU HAD JUST LISTENED AND LET IT GO, WE COULD'VE HAD NOR.....
Light: WHAT!?! NORMAL LIVES! LIVING IN FEAR, KNOWING THAT ANY DAY THAT THEY COULD CHANGE THEIR MINDS AND COME AFTER US AGAIN!
Lilly: ENOUGH! Why did they come here?
Howard: They were looking for Danny. They believed that one of them knew of his whereabouts. Bret....he told me that May knew.
Light: Is that true!?!
May hesitated in giving an answer to her sister.
Lilly: Speak!
May: It's true.
Lilly: Where is he!?!
May: The Bathroom.
Everyone looked at each other in confusion!
May: There's a secret entrance in the bathroom! Follow me!
May lead the group through the bathroom and sure enough there was a secret door, that lead to a secret room!
May: This space is air tight. Even Vampires can't smell what's behind these doors.
May: Before we go any further....there is a vampire guarding Danny.
Light: A vampire!
May: Yes! His name is Hades...before you guys jump to any conclusions, he is not part of Cronus' evil little family! He's actually one of the original Hades children. He and I have been working together to prevent Cronus from getting his hands on Danny!
The group stood speechless as May continued forward through this mini lab/living space!
May: Hades, it's time!
Hades: I know! My condolences to you. I heard the commotion, but could not do anything. I am no match to Helios. He would've killed me and taken Danny. My apologies.
May: No...you did the right thing.
Light slowly passed her sister and walked towards Danny's prison.
Light: Great Grandpa...
May: Danny is perfectly safe. Hades has been taking good care of him. He's the one that managed to take him from Amalthea!
Hades: It was quite easy. My fellow brothers and sisters are all about the old ways, I'm embracing the technology that the world has to offer! It allowed me to snatch Danny just at the right moment!
Soon everyone was facing Danny's prison. All in utter disbelief that Danny has been so close to them for all this time!
Javier: Danny....my old friend, we've found you! How did you...how?
Hades: I placed transporting devices in Amalthea's chamber. All I had to do was wait until she was at her weakest.
Hades: With the use of small cameras and microphones, I was able to transport Danny. Amalthea....that old hag thought another witch had taken him! I even gave her a little shock, to really throw off my trail!
Lilly: How did you get so close and plant all these little devices?
Hades: I didn't have to lift a finger! My dear son did all the work.
Lilly: Son?!
Hades: You all know him....May can I tell them?
May: Might as well.
Hades: Bobby. Bobby was able to sneak in and plant all these devices.
As the group stood in shock on how much May was truly involved, Light turned to her sister and gave her a ferocious slap to the face!
Light: WHY DID YOU HIDE DANNY?! HE COULD'VE STOPPED ALL OF THIS!
May: HOW DO YOU KNOW?! IF ANYTHING, DANNY COULD'VE CAUSED MORE HARM THAN GOOD!
May: EVERY DAMN TIME! WHEN DANNY CAME AROUND TROUBLE WAS NOT FAR! WE'VE LOST EVERYONE, NOW MY HUSBAND AND....CATHERINE!
Light: WHAT?! NO!
May: They found her body not to long ago. She was killed, just for being part of Danny's great family!
Light began to cry, while May struggled to keep a strong face! Right then Felicity entered the room.
Felicity: Stop fighting. Stop crying. We've all lost so much. Enough is enough.
Lilly: Felicity?
Felicity stood silent and looked at everyone in front of her and then at the Sarcophagus.
Felicity: Open it. Let my Grandfather out.
Danny was still in a nightmare! He felt like the world blamed him for all the wrongs in the world!
Suddenly, everything went silent!
Athena: Danny. Danny, everything is okay now!
Ron: It's okay, you can go now!
Echo: Please Danny, help them!
Richard: Save as many as you can! Protect them!
Athena: I love you so much!
Danny: I miss you so much!
Danny: Who is that?
Athena: It's your family! They're calling out for you! Go to them!
Athena: We're fine! We're going to a better place, a happier place! Go Danny....until we are reunited again!
One of the winged beings then spoke to Danny.
Winged Being: Your just a few feet from returning home Danny!
Phillip: We love you too!
Suddenly, another bright light shined into Danny's eyes, but this time when it cleared he was staring at his living family!
Felicity: Hi Grandpa!
