Chapter 29

 The Hilton's 2: 
Mixed Emotions

As May arrived home, she was greeted by a blood stain left by her dead daughter Catherine.

May: My poor Catherine. 

As May looked around the room, she saw her only son surrounded by his cousin and his friends.

May: Adam....

Adam slowly turned around to see his mother standing before him, he leapt out of his chair and ran to his mother!

Adam: Mom, what's going to happen now?

May: We are going to stay together. Me and you, we'll get through this.

Adam slowly hugged his mom, as May held her son, She couldn't help but feel guilty for letting her son down, for losing her husband, and for losing her daughter Catherine.

Heaven: My brother and I are so sorry for your loss....

Clyde: Aunt May.... I'm so sorry too. Did you happen to... To see my mom?

May: Your mother is fine. I think it's best for you to go home, me and my son, we're leaving town as soon as possible!

Just then may heard a crash come from one of the bedrooms down the hallway! She raced down the hallway to investigate the noise!

Before she made it down the hallway she was greeted by one of Cronus' lizard creations!

Lizard man: You must be one of the Hilton girls? I was sent to kill the rest of the Hilton family. 

May: Get out of my....

Before May could finish her sentence the lizard jumped on top of her!

Adam: MOM! GET OFF OF HER YOU BASTARD!!!

May: STAY BACK ADAM!!!

May struggled to find her balance as the Lizard scratched and snapped his teeth at her!

The Lizard quickly saw Adam charging from behind!

Quickly the Lizard reacted swinging his tail with all his strength, hitting Adam right across the the face! Adam flew a couple of feet and hit the wall hard! Adam's unconscious body slowly slid down the wall as the others watched in horror!

Clyde: Damn you! I'm going to kill your ass! 

Lizard Man: With your magic!?! Ha! Your magic can't stop me! I am impervious to your spells! My creator's saw to that! Believe me boy, whatever you throw at me, I will dodge it and kill YOU!

Clyde: WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM US! WE'VE DONE NOTHING TO YOU OR YOUR MASTER!

Lizard Man: Doesn't matter boy. Cronus wants you all dead....I'm just happy to oblige! I think I'll kill you first! I was going to to kill the old lady but you....really have ticked me off!

May slowly crawled to her son and didn't know what to do! She was unarmed and clearly had to much to lose!

Heaven: You forget about us MONSTER?! ARE YOU READY FOR THIS BROTHER?!

Quickly Presley picked a spot on the floor and began chanting a spell! 

Presley: What should it be sister?

Heaven: The SPEAR!

Clyde: What the Hell are you guys doing?! 

Heaven: Our duty!!!

Heaven: Prepare yourself DEMON! Your about to get your ass kicked!
The Lizard began to laugh at what was transpiring in front of him!
Lizard Man: You two are so going to be my first meal of the night!

As Presley continually spoke his spell, Heaven suddenly changed and had a real spear in her hand!

Clyde: Who the Hell are you two?

Heaven: I'll explain later! But right now....I'm going to ram this spear into that guys skull!

Lizard Man: Ha! You two kids really think.....

Heaven quickly jumped into action and went soaring across the room! With one kick the beast fell to the ground hard! As the Lizard laid there dazed and confused, Heaven could feel Clyde's eyes burning a hole through her.

Heaven: Clyde....I'm was sent to protect you and your family! I was raised to do so!

Clyde: So....You and me....was that just a ruse?

The Lizard slowly rose to his feet, still shakened by the previous attack.

Lizard Man: YOU! HOW DARE YOU! I WILL KILL ALL OF YOU!!!  I WILL TEAR YOUR DAMN HE.....

Without any hesitation Heaven swung around and with all her strength stuck her spear straight through the Lizard's head!

Heaven: EMPTY WORDS MONSTER! IF YOUR GOING TO KILL SOMEONE, DO IT! DON'T FUCKING TALK ABOUT IT!!!

The Lizards body twitched and struggled to understand what just happened! Heaven slowly twisted her spear and slowly ripped the spear out of the Lizards head!

The Lizard man fell to the ground, as its body slowly stopped all movement. Heaven poked the body just to be sure.

Heaven: My mother sent me to be your guard, to protect you. 

Clyde: So you and me wasn't real?

Heaven: You and me...is very real! I love you Cly.....

Just then, the screams of Presley interrupted the two! 

A female lizard had snuck in and made Presley her first victim!

Lizard Woman: Damn WITCH! Your heart will be mine!

Presley: HELL'S SPEAR...PROTECT ME! 

Suddenly a spear magically shot out of the ground and made short work of the female lizard! Presley slowly fell to the ground, Clyde quickly caught him and cradled his head. Heaven collapsed beside her brother with tears running down her face!

Clyde: HOLD ON PRES! WE'LL GET HELP!

Presley: No....its Too lAte! SoRry Sis! Tell ma....I t r i e d......

Heaven: PRESLEY! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME!!! Please......

May slowly checked Adam over, when she knew he was going to be okay, her face became twisted with rage!
May: They'll never leave us alone? DAMN THEM ALL! IF A FIGHT THEY WANT, A FIGHT THEY WILL GET!!!

Farther out of town, Javier's boys had arrived at a location given to them by an old "friend".

Junior: Damn it! 
Drew: What?
Junior: What the Hell are we doing here?!

Drew: This is the place he told us to come to. 
Junior: Dad told us not to leave Light's place. He's going to be pissed that we left, especially to go and see your dead boyfriend!
Drew: Shut the Hell up! Ai...Apollo is going to die! I told him the next time I saw him, that I would be the one to kill him! 
Junior: You know this might be a trap.
Drew: No....Apollo....He seemed to be telling me the truth, that he wanted to give us something. That this meeting was not going to be dangerous. Just in case, be prepared for anything!
Junior: Damn right, I will!

As the two entered Amalthea's old base, they came face to face with Apollo! However, he wasn't alone!

Apollo: Welcome! It's been too long Drew! 
Junior: Damn it! Drew let me kill this mother fuc....
Apollo: Well, its nice to see you too!

Drew: Relax Junior! Let's hear him out!
Junior: Fine! But so help me, Drew. If he makes any kind of move, I'm killing the bastard!
Drew: Noted!

Apollo: Well then...what a reunion! Drew...may I approach you?
Drew looked at Junior and both removed their masks. Drew slowly nodded to Apollo.
He approached Drew ever so slowly and cautious.

Apollo: The years have been kind to you Drew.
Drew: Damn it Apollo! What the Hell did you drag us here for?
Apollo: I have a gift for you two to take back to your father and Danny!
Junior: A gift?
Apollo: Athena, please come here.
Slowly the blonde vampire approached the two brothers.
Drew: Oh my God! Gracie! IT'S GRACIE!
Apollo: Yes! Cronus ordered me to erase her memories of her old life. 
Drew: No, tell me you didn't!
Apollo: I didn't! I hid her memories, to convince Cronus of my obedience.

Apollo: I give her back to you two! She's been out of my reach for years. Cronus had her tucked away, until he needed her! Since your family and friends have killed some of my "siblings". Cronus had to wake her and another one up! This is our only chance to free them!

Apollo then began to use his special abilities to bring back Gracie!

Apollo: Over the time I had with her, I always kept her up to date on her family! She does not know of the terrible things going on now! So get her to her mother as soon as possible!
Drew: Of course! She will be protected!

As Apollo finished, Gracie seemed to slowly realize what was going on!
Gracie: Apollo? Where? Is it time?!
Apollo: Yes! Look behind you, these familiar faces are taking you home!

As Gracie turned around, a huge smile appeared on her face, followed by tears of joy! She quickly jumped into Drew's arms!
Gracie: Drew! Junior! I'm so glad you guys are alive! She will finally get to meet you!
Junior: Who?

Gracie: Your niece! 
Drew & Junior: Molly!
Apollo called fourth the other vampire. As she came towards them, the brothers could see their big sister and their mother in the young woman!

Apollo quickly used his powers to unlock Molly's mind! As soon as she opened her eyes and saw Gracie, a huge smile beemed from her!
Apollo: Gentlemen....Let me introduce you to Hebe....I mean Molly!

Gracie quickly introduced Molly to her Uncle's, without hesitation, Molly hugged them both!
Molly: Sister Gracie told me all about you two! Is Grandpa Javier here too?
Drew: No, but we'll take you to him right now!
Molly: Seriously!?! 
Junior: Seriously!

As the group was leaving, Apollo stood by as the girls left first.
Apollo: Before you go, Drew may I have a word with you...alone?

Drew: Junior, I'll meet you guys outsi....
Junior: WHAT?! OH HELL NO! DREW, THIS BASTARD HELPED KILL OUR MOTHER!
Drew looked at Apollo and then back at Junior.
Junior: FINE! I'll be outside.
Junior stormed out of the room leaving Apollo and Drew alone for the first time in years.

Apollo: I need to ask you to do something for me.
Drew: What?
Apollo: I need you to keep your word. I need you to kill me.

Drew: WHAT?! HAVE YOU LOST YOUR DAMN MIND!?!
Apollo: I just did something that is reason enough for Cronus to tear me apart! I rather have you do it! I want you....I want you to be the last face I see before I go.

Drew: Damn you! DAMN YOU! I CAN'T DO IT! I NEVER COULD....I NEVER WOULD!
Apollo: Drew?
Drew: I....I still care for you! DAMN IT! I'VE TRIED TO FORGET, I'VE TRIED TO HATE YOU, AND I REALLY TRIED TO CONVINCE MYSELF THAT I DIDN'T LOVE YOU STILL! I'M SORRY APOLLO....I can't do it!
Drew slowly turned away and began to head for the stairs. Apollo stood in shock and confusion of Drew's confession!

Apollo: Drew....wait.
Drew: No, I can't do this! I have to leave!

Apollo quickly ran and pushed Drew against the wall and gave him the biggest kiss! Drew tried to resist but gave into Apollo! 
Apollo: I love you too! Drew....I'd die for you!

Drew: If you keep following me....you probably will. We probably will all die soon!

Apollo: To the end then?

Drew: To the end!
